Airtightness

A tight home breathes where you intend it to.

Humid coastal air enters through gaps nobody planned, finds a cold surface behind the drywall, and condenses there. Comfort problems and moisture problems start in the same place, at the same time. Airtightness decides where a house breathes: one continuous barrier, detailed at every junction, drawn before anyone frames a wall.
